Welcome To Prepare2Party Events

Special occasions deserve settings that are inspiring, stunningly attractive and distinctive. Whether it’s a wedding, a party or a corporate event, the look and feel of your venue is essential to creating the perfect day.

At Prepare2Party, much of our work is for weddings, but we also design and decorate venues for a huge range of other events, including birthdays, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, corporate events and more.

What we do

We specialise in helping you design and create the setting for your party. This includes creating themes and colour schemes, providing chair covers and sashes, tablecloths and napkins, vases and table centre pieces. We provide the equipment and decorations, dress the room for you, add design flair and ensure everything looks truly amazing for your big day.

We are also able to provide much of the equipment, including covers and sashes, on a hire only basis for both private and business clients.

We provide these specialist services across the Central Belt area. We are also able to serve areas of Ayrshire and the Stirlingshire. If in doubt, please get in touch so we can discuss your needs in more detail.
